At Gardening on Country, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You’re entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, or repair/replacement for minor issues.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully, as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes cases where you change your mind, found the product cheaper, or no longer need it.
However, we will refund or exchange items ordered in error (such as the wrong product or duplicate orders), provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition with all packaging and labels intact.
